Yes but I recommend asus MBs

ASUS & ASRock are/were just different branches of the same company anyway. ASRock spun off from ASUS in '02 before becoming part of Pegatron in '10 around the time Pegatron got split off ASUS in '10 after the restructure process started in '07.

So, depending on what type of usage you're looking for, ASUS & ASRock are fairly on-par with the other.

 

Personally, if I want to save a bit of cash on the mobo and still have good quality and feature, I go with ASRock, wanna splurge the cash on a mobo I go ASUS.
