Skyrim Modding help......

Over the past little while I've been busy adding mods to Skyrim. To sort my load order I have been using loot because I prefer it over Boss. After finishing modding I started a new game. During the opening scene the carriage was flipping out so crazily I wasn't able to get into Helgen. Iv'e had this issue before and know it is a load order issue. I will post my load order below. Does anyone know what I can change in the load order to fix the issue.

Just in case people flame me, I'm not asking you to sort my load order for me, I'm just wondering if there is anyone who had this issue and can help me.

I am running at 60fps with vsync. The reason I said it is a load order issue is because when I sorted it with boss, the issue went away. The problem is that boss causes its own set of issues so I use loot.

I've had this issue, and it's simply a mod conflict.

 

@OP 

Uninstall everything with an .esp file, and start turning them on one by one in order to find the conflict. It's most likely a mod which replaces default landscape textures (ground, rocks, walls, water etc) I used to have issues with the mod W.A.T.E.R, S.M.I.M and some other landscape texture mods.

If you used Nexus, if would put it in the load order for you and things like this wouldn't happen. I have over 100 mods on Skyrim and I've never seen something like that happen, lol.

I don't know the console command in my head, but I'm pretty sure you can set the game to the stage of character creation through the use of commands. Just look up elder scrolls wiki

Lol so I disabled "20 Better Dynamic Snow.esp" and Skyrim started up without the funky glitch, so.... where should I put it in the load order so it doesn't create issues?

it can sometime just happen because so many scripts are loading at once. just have a save after the very very start of the game (like right before character creation) to just not deal with it as much after the first experience
