Is it worth upgrading the case?

I am currently with Delux SH891 case. Is it worth to upgrade the case to NZXT H440? And is it worth to go for Kraken G10 cooling (my videocard is Palit GTX670) and CM 212 Evo (I am not going to clock just for the cooling?)?

For the case, Only if you want to spend money making your rig look better, for the cooling, only if your card gets too hot. I see no reason why otherwise.

Not really

 

Although that case is horrible so getting a nicer case might be worth it.  There is really no point putting a G10 on a 670 especially if you are not going to OC

 

The Evo might be worth it if you are still using the stock cooler
