Will i need to reinstall windows going from a a8 3870k to a fx 8320?

The title is self explanatory. I know you have to reinstall windows going from amd to intel and vice versa but i wasn't sure about this situation, especially given there will be a new motherboard in the equation. Thx in advance for your reply. By the way im running windows 7 hp 64bit.

I would. Dif motherboard drivers and shit like that., just makes it easyer in the long run than trying to find out what's fucking up and not working right then giving up and reinstailing windows.

it is highly recommended to do so. 
Not doing so can and likely will cause performance issues, crashes, stops, bluescreens, hangs, and other annoying stuff.
