Inverted Motherboard Cases

Hey guys, 
ive been looking around some sites but i still havnt found any 'cool' inverted mother boards cases, 

the point is, i want to have my pc on the left of my table, with a window, so it would mean that the mother board would need to be inverted, 

does anyone klnow of any cool looking cases like that?

If you are willings to put down money for a case, caselabs offers almost all of their cases with an inverted option

If you mean inverted like rotated 90 degrees, the Silverstone Temjin TJ-11 is the way to go. If you mean like simetrical, maybe Caselabs has one.
