So my PC is not displaying any output any advice? Specs in sig

remove the GPU and run from the onboard

 

go to BIOS to enable the onboard display output

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

It booted without gpu

So with the igpu you got into the OS but not the BIOS? 

Ever since I installed the HD 7750, it has not been able to get into the bios.., and the old GPU is kind of gone

can you test the GPU to see if it work on another PC?

The PC is online, I can check via remote desktop, but when I go to catalyst it says no and stuff, what does it mean?

I have seen this a couple times. Have you tried using a different video cable. The cable that you are outputting to your display could be bad.

 

Also you should see if your video card is the issue, try putting a different gpu into your computer or using the on-board graphics

I had this happen. I had to go into the Device Manager in windows and uninstall the card from there. After that a simple restart will work. I had something simaler happen to me. I hope this helps you, It helped me
