Random mouse input in The Stanley Parable

So I played the Demo a while back. And I came across the game again and bought it.

 

When I got in the mouse was constantly looking at my feet, I can look up but it's like another mouse is constantly looking down.

 

I have tried two mice and have unplugged every device but the mouse and it still does this. I cannot figure out what is causing this.

I tried the demo again and the demo worked perfectly. And If I invert the mouse, I stare at the ceiling.

 

WTF? How to fix?

 

EDIT: FIXED! The freaking Logitech Software had created it's own profile for the game. And set the mouse dead zone to 100% and the FOV to down.

I heard there is a few problems with input on the game, I don't really know what you can do, look on the steam forums and see if someone found a easy fix.
