E3-1240 vs E3-1275

Hey people! I'm looking at two processors, the E3-1240 v3 and the E3-1275 v3. Is the higher clockspeed along with integrated graphics worth the higher price? I already have a R9 270x. I also mainly use my computer for Solidworks and AutoCad.

Get the E3-1240 v3. Not worth the extra money.

I am pretty sure you dont need xeon for autocad and solidworks, do you?

 

Get 4790k and a nice cooler + z97 mobo

if your going E3 1230 should be good, any higher just get a i7 not worth the price difference
