is 75 degrees ok?

when playing assassin's creed 4 , my gpu gets to 75 Celsius and it gets very loud. is that a safe temperature for long periods of time?

Yes, and acx sometimes gets a bit loud when under load. My GTX 760 gets loud under a load.

Yes, I would not worry till 80°C.

Usually that's also the temperature when gpus tend to ramp up fan speed like crazy.

My gpu runs at about 86c that's probably to high but it works

Kepler shouldn't throttle till ~92c and over 95c is danger zone. Anything below constant 90s really and you're fine, though I do understand if you want it to be cooler.

I have finally moved to a desktop. Also my guides are outdated as hell.
