Sideways mounted res?

Is that possible in general? It seems simple as I think about it, but is there something I'm missing? I need it in this orientation for my Haf Stacker 935 to mount a Bitspower Water Tank Z 250ml in where the PSU would be. I put My PSU in the 915 (the smaller "case") and want to use that space under the motherboard.

It's possible, but it makes filling the loop pretty annoying. Best would be to get a fillport that is hihger than the reservoir and stays permanently.
