Best keyfinder software?

I am in need of an free keyfinder because I am reinstalling windows on my mums laptop and I need to retrieve the office key that we got from a family friend. If there is a solution to my problem other than using a keyfinder then shoot! 

 

Sorry for posting a noob question but I am not very experienced with office

Make sure to do a custom install and uncheck the AVG junk.

I tried to install that but the antivirus spassed out on me and I deleted it

Yeah that happens with this type of software, because they are doing would could be seen as malicious activity, like digging through your registry for product keys. I would just disable it and re-enable it after.
