Display Fusion HELP!

I have the taskbar on both my screens but whenever i click on the start menu on the second monitor it opens on the first one. Please help! Also i am using start8. Also i get this error Global Application Hooks are currently disabled.
The DisplayFusion Start Button relies on these hooks and won't work without them.
Please re-enable the Global Application Hooks in the Settings > Advanced Settings window.
