Is there an Auto function for the cpu cooler? Cooler - Zalman CNPS5X. Motherboard shows 2 functions - Full on, and Manual or something but its like - when the cpu hits 50*C It will run at Level 9(probably 100%) But theres no auto function - i have to use SpeedFan.

If the fan is pwm then you can control it in the bios.

"PWM"? In SpeedFan its the CPU Fan.

If your fan connector is 4 pin then it's pwm, aka pulse width modulation. In layman's terms it means you can dynamically adjust the rpm of the fan based on temperature.

CPU Fan 1 & 2 Setting

This allows you to set the CPU fan 1 & 2 speed. Configuration options: [Full

On] and [Automatic Mode]. The default value is [Full On].

From mobo manual. If you have set the value Full on, speedfan has no effect on it. So use Automatic and you can use software to control it. Fan is PWM so just by having it auto should be enough. Can you use some software like HWmonitor to check on fan speed during idle? Thats best way to find if everything is working.

Wrong. Motherboard setting - full on - Speedfan is working, but the cpu fan is Named (in speedfan) "CPU" and thats it. When i change at what speed it runs i hear everything so i am controlling the right fan. Fans named "PWM" (in Speedfan) - i cant control them. Using HWmonitor is useless because it always runs at 100% unless i change the % on speedfan.

Fans named PWM which for Speedfan means power management, are actually chassis/system fans. If they are 3pin or your mobo doesn't have PWM control for them for some other reason, Speedfan is useless. I can't do nothing for my fans with HWmonitor (tested today), with OpenHardwareMonitor I can set them to run at 7V which is what any other mobo should be able to do. Other way would be hardware solution by either fan controller or voltage reducer.

As for my quote. It is from your mobo's manual. So either you posted wrong mobo model or BIOS is newer to what manual refers to. Or you have older BIOS than what manual says. I can't say nothing more. Post pic from BIOS options if you feel you need to complain more to me.
