CPU or memory changes & hard freeze.

I had this hard freeze issue before. Everything freezes, keyboard and mouse LEDs turn off and I can do anything but turn the PSU switch off. Safemode works just fine though, no freezing. Thought it was my PSU, got a new PSU, still happens. 

 

 

also whenever I boot I get the CPU or momory changes message. Going to go back on the msi page also.

Do take note, while I was waiting for the PSU, I had the same mobo & cpu, a 780, all 4 hard drives and a old apevia 760w psu running everything on air and it was working fine.

I was going to buy a new mobo, but to be honest I just want to have something that will work with all my hardware no issues.
