I NEED HELP

I'm trying to boot into windows 7 and my PC shows the asus logo and then shows " this current bios setting do not fully support the boot device, go to advanced>boot>csm parameters and adjust the csm to enable the boot device". The boot device led is red and the hd led is not on. I also can't find the hard drive in the bios. The motherboard is a asus saber tooth 990fx

Have you adjusted the CSM parameters (whatever that means) like it asked?
