Boot Problems

Hi Guys,

 

i am building a new pc and was pretesting my system.By now i have connected to the motherboard(ASrock H97 Pro 4):

 

Graphicscard ( Gainward GTX 780 Phantom GLH)

CPU (Xeon E3-1231v3)

RAM ( Corsair Vengance 16 Gb (2*8) 1866 Mhz)

and Power supply ( super flower Golden Green 650W)

 

i already checked all cables twice but if i try to start the motherborad via the powerbutton the fans only spin for like a second and the psu makes a clicking noise... after that i cant do anything for like 20 seconds then their is another click from the PSU and i can retry which brings up the same error.

 

If someone had a similar issue and could help me that would be great...

It might be your psu.Those clicking noises may show that your pc doesnt have enough power or that your psu is broken.
