Weird Mouse issue

Just installed Fresh copy of Windows 7 Ultimate and started getting this issue where after restart everything would load fine but mouse wont work.. it powers up but am unable to use it unless I connect it to a different usb port. then it installs the drivers again and start working but after reboot same happens.

 

PC specs:

Asus Sabertooth Z77i7 3770kMSI GTX 670 OC Power Edition650D Case16GB RAMAsus Xonar D2XRazer Naga MouseRazer Blackwidow KeyboardRazer Nostromo Gamepad

Keyboard and Gamepad load without any issues..   I have re-installed Razer Synapse but still the same issue.

Does this happen on all usb ports or just in one? And is that one port USB3?

I have the same issue with a z77 sabertooth and razer ourobouros combo in windows, with or without synapse installed.

 

Seems to be something to do with the USB port the mouse is in losing power.

I notice sometimes I get extremely jittery and eratic tracking for up to a minute after a cold boot, or sometimes the mouse powers down as soon as windows starts

 

I *just* had a thought, disabled usb selective suspend in the windows advanced power settings. Maybe that will help.
