opening program

I have a program and when I wnat ot start it it opens to another screen that ist existing, which means that it is opened cuz the symbol is on the bottom of Windows but the program is only visible/usable when I have my 2nd monitor connected (currently not at home, just took my laptop with me), does someone know how to fix this

I don't quite understand what you are trying to say...

could you possibly re-state it or be a little more in depth?

Click on the taskbar icon and Windows key + shift + left arrow or right arrow.

Or right click the desktop, screen resolution, "detect" button.
