Virtual Box Help!

Trying to make a Ubuntu 14.04 virtual machine on my W8.1, but it crashed before it even starts up. Haven't tweaked any default settings. Error pictures below

Hey could you please attach a screenshot of the vbox settings if possible ? I think mass Storage might be the problem..false IDE and master controller setup, but its very difficult to tell without some more information :)
