Go with the 4690K and a 290X Tri-X or Vapor-X, much better than any GTX 780.

I5-4690k is more than powerful enough for your means. Also the R9 290x beats the 780 by a small margin but it's not a lot really but since they are damn near the same price I would suggest you go with the Sapphire R9 290X Tri-x. If heat is an issue (high ambients) then go with the 780.

Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

if you are not recording/streaming your gaming then the i5 is more than enough. Since you are only gaming on a single 1080p monitor you won't need the extra VRAM of the 290x but it does perform slightly better than the 780 in most games like BF4 so it comes down to what kind of games you play and how you play them :)
