Linus's Current Earbuds

Hey LTT forum, first time posting.

 

So recently, Linus has been using a different set of earphones. They're not the usual sennheiser ie80's that he would talk about, but rather something with a different design. I've been trying to search Linus's twitter, the LTT forums, and youtube comments trying to find them. Does anyone know what they are? He was wearing them in the recent WAN show, and the new superfun video. I was thinking about getting the IE80's due to Linus' recommendations and the fact that we listen to similar music genres, but if there is another alternative that is better to the point of where he's using them, I probably wouldn't buy the IE80's then.

 

Also, does anyone know if a review of them is coming up?

They look kinda like Klipsch's in-ears.

 

I also thought that, but I went to Klipsch's website to look at their headphones, and none of the in ears matched the design. Linus's ones are metallic, long, and tubular (called bullet-shaped, apparently), while Klipsch's high end headphones are plastic, thin, and curved. Doubt it's theirs.

I can personally say the IE80's are amazing, provided you have a good source. Most flagship phones have a decent enough source

If he takes a bit of time it's normal. He's a busy man. I've PMed him quite a lot from being on the forum for sometime now and he's probably responded 100% compared to say twitter all the time (for context he does have like 100K followers, YT nearly 1M subscribers & on the forum probably in between those figures)

I can approve, got them pluged to my HTC mini 2 and it totaly floats my boat.
