Project Black Stealth

Hi Everyone,

 

Project Black Stealth is my primary rig. It has been an interesting experience for me, as this was my first watercooling experience. Prior to this I have only used Notctua heatsinks. I went with all black and silver for this build. Never bothered to put an optical drive in the system as I have an external USB one, not pictured. Sorry for the picture quality, I used my phone to take the pictures and my hand is not the sturdiest these days.

CPU: Intel Core I7 3820 Sandy Bridge-E @ 4.4Ghz

Cpu Cooler: Corsair H80i

Mobo: AsRock Extreme4-M

Ram: 32GB 4x8GB 1600Mhz of Crucial low profile ram

GPU: eVGA Nvidia GTX 570 reference card 

PSU: Gigabyte Odin Pro 800 Watt

Sound Card: HT Omega Claro 7.1 PCI

Hard Drives: 2 x 1TB WD Caviar Black, 1x 500GB WD Caviar Black, 1 x WD My Book II 4 TB

Mouse: SteelSeries Ikari Laser

Keyboard: SteelSeries 6Gv2

Headset: SteelSeries 5Hv2

Well I guess the case itself really suits the name :p

Yeah for the build I aimed at making it the most powerful system in as small of a space as I could. Had to add the GELIDs at the bottom to help with GPU cooling recently. As one thing not very many may notice is there is absolutely no other case fans, besides the ones on the H80i, in the entire build.

I actually got the last one I could find, it was on clearance at my local retailer. It came with no box :(

Nice! I ended up picking the Prodigy for my next build.
