Server Rack/Render Farm

So I am building up a render farm for stuff like Backburner Rendering and i have a dell poweredge 2850 and am my dad is getting me a used HP G5 from his work since they are upgrading. the poweredge uses SCSI 80 pin drives and only has 1 70gb drive and 30gb drive so i cant use it as a nas but since it has 2 Xeons i figured i could at it to my "Render Farm" of my pc my bros pc when he isnt gaming and 2 old dell optiplexs that fit right on top of my little rack. Now with the G5 i have 4 75gb 15000rpm drives that i will put in raid 0 for superspeed i considered raid 1 but since i have minimal storage i went for speed without backups. I was wondering what to do with them when they arent running renders i was thinking of using one of the optiplexes for 24/7 teamspeak and a minecraft server since my parents dont like the server running 24/7 due to power and the FRICKING NOISe i couldnt put it on that. So i was wondering if anyone new of some cool stuff to do a with a server besides what i am doing. BTW the server is running windows 7 enterprise since i couldnt find windows server 2008.
