Very easily enough, overclock to your hearts content. Although it is a budget power supply, so I would recommend something slightly better. Also, the H55 is pretty unimpressive. If your case can fit a Hyper 212 Evo then I would recommend that.

Get a better PSU if you want to overclock. Something like a Corsair GS600 will be better than anything CX.
