Im not sure but you can buy one in g2a.com for like 20 USD or something like it ;)

I don't really like g2a, it feels so shady. The price isn't the problem, it's just that it would feel like a waste to not use that license if I can, I'm never using that pc again you know...

Yes you can. You can just re-enter your product code when you install on the new PC, and it should deactivate the other computer.

What version of windows is it?

EDIT: The licenses tied to the Motherboard are for "OEM" licenses. Did your previous computer come pre-installed with Windows? In that case you can't use it.

Oh ok then it was oem yeah, so I can't use it. But all licenses I have found in stores have been oem as well. What does that mean?

There are two types of OEM. One is called branded. It comes with most prebuild systems from large brands like Dell, HP and Fujitsu. Then there is non-branded OEM. Those are selled to smaller companies which build systems for home and office users. They are also sold to hobbyists as OEM is same as retail minus official phone/email support from Microsoft and some restrictions to reinstalling.
