I already have a couple hard drives that I am able to use for the build, I already have a copy of Windows 7, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

I plan to add an EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Dual Superclocked ACX in later on, so the gpu will not be included at this time.
I also plan to throw in an H100i or H110 later on.

Color Scheme: I would prefer any recommended parts to go along with the Black and Blue color scheme.

Thank you for the suggestion, but If you read the lower part of the main post you would know that I specified that my color scheme is black and blue, while the case you suggested is white, and that I already have hard drives that I will use, and that I will be adding a GPU in later so one is not needed in the build at this time.

black blue and white is nice , the white just balances everything
