K series will not work with a B series board

 

get a Z97 iTX board

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

if you want to OC that K series CPU

 

only the Z87 or Z97 board can do it

Will it work, yes it will. But you will not be getting all of the features that you paid extra for with that 4670K
