In the long run it will be cheaper and easier to get a G27.

The G27 is starting to get outdated now. The Fanatec wheels have better shifters and they use belts instead of gears for the FFB which makes it smoother and more authentic.

yes but you have to buy pedals too

I no longer have it i'm afraid. I use a Wheel stand pro. The original clamp wouldn't work on my desk because it has a strengthening beam that gets in the way.

  • 2 weeks later...

I have previously owned a logitech driving force gt and a g27. I now own the fanatec clubsport hub with the BMW gt2 rim and the csr elite pedals. The clubsport is by far the best in every aspect however the g27 is the best value wheel I had. I highly recommend it. However I've never tried the Porsche fanatec line. Also my mate has a thrust master t500 which is excellent! Hope this helps.
