What monitor should I buy?

My current monitor is TN as fuck (color shifting, backlight bleeding) and I want a new one. Any screens ~$200 22"-24" that aren't horrible?

Acer is a horrible brand, wouldn't even use if it were given to me for free.

 

In the end, it's the panel and panel grade that matters. The better monitors either use Samsung PLS panels or LG's Ah-IPS ones.
