I'll ask my friend how much he would be able to go over his budget.

 

Also, you guys mentioned capture cards, which ones would you recommend then?

Hmm... if you are going with Nvidia card (1 GTX 780 6GB or 2 GTX 780 3GB) then shadowplay is good enough, you dont need one. For AMD side you will but I'm not sure which card is good
