sensitivity to high when streaming

so when i was playing world of warcraft while streaming the sensitivity got a big increasment, and I had a roccat mouse, and when i lowered the sensitivity it won't change its still on its high sensitivity, Whats the problem? How can I fix it?

Could be it automatically switching to the game profile?

Check on driver software if you have different settings between profiles or hotkey bind to change it. You need to apply changes for them to be saved. Just pressing OK won't make permanent changes.

What OS are you using? if it is windows 7 then i can take you thought changing it in the control panel. you might want to try changing the mouse dpi on WoW options/settings. Hope this helps.
