Help computer freezes during games

Ive had this problem for a while but I have had enough.  I built my own computer for the first time around 3-4 months ago.  This only happens on certain games though, basically When I play gmod/dota 2 every once in a while it (in gmod it makes a weird water splash sound and I freeze for 1-5 seconds)  And in dota 2 it looses connection every 10-15 minutes.  My specs are X4 750k 3.4 ghz/r7 260x/8 gb 1600 mhz ddr3 ram.  Any help would be very appreciated, thanks!

install the latest AMD drivers

 

pick the 14.4 version

 

temps of your CPU and GPU

 

reinstall the games

 

do a memtest

 

run with just one stick of RAM

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
