RAM OC weirdness

So I have been overclocking my ram for nearly 2 days now and iv gotten it to be stable st 2133mhz @ 9-9-9-24 with 1.7v and i just tried to run it at 2200mhz and i'm having an issue with my timings now. previously i had my timings at 13-13-13-32 just to make sure its stable and i was going to reduce the timagings later and fine tune it but i just manually changed my timings to 9-9-9-24 and my timings are all 9-13-13-32. It seems like all of my settigns are back to the very loose timings except CAS and the DRAM frequency is still 2200mhz.

 

Can someoen explain why this is happening? PS i'm using XMP profile and just changing the DRAM voltage and frequency but the only XMP profile my ram has is 9-9-9-24 @ 1600Mhz 1.5v.

sounds like a bios glitch try clearing cmos.
