Hi everyone excuse me if this sounds a little bitchy but I've recently got an htc one and am having a lot of trouble with the volume. For some reason the music and video volume will just mute randomly and no matter what I do it does not turn up. Also when I turn up the volume button it turns up the ringtone by default. This is annoying because I want the ringtone to stay at vibrate only and when it does turn up( witch it does all the time because the buttons are way to easy to press it makes an annoying noise every time). Is there a way to make the volume rocker change the music volume and never the ringtone volume?

There's a setting button next to the volume slider when you change the volume which will give you access to the other volume settings such as the media volume and the notification volume.
