Advice on First Build

Hi guys I would like to ask for recommendations for My Very first Build  with a very tight budget.

 

1. Budget & Location

India 600 - 800 USD(Including monitor.) 

 

2. Aim

Casual gaming, should be able to play the latest games decently

It will also be used in programming, java, sql,Visual Stuio,some video editing etc

Overclocks are not needed (for now)

 

3. Monitors

Single monitor,

 

4. Peripherals

 

Cpu :                          Intel 3.1 GHz LGA 1150 i5 4440 4th Generation Processor or any other if better.

Motherboard:             Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H Motherboard or any other if better.

RAM:                          G.Skill Sniper DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR) or any other if better.

GPU:                          R7 260x (costs me at $160)or GTX 750ti(Costs me at $177) (Really confused! )

Harddisk:                   WD Caviar Blue 1TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive(WD10EALX/WD10EZEX) or any other if better.

Psu:                           Corsair SMPS CX430 430 Watts PSU or any other if better.

 

please suggest if this build is proper or with any other suggestion.And I am really confused in choosing GPU,So please give me some Light on that!!!

Note: I am from india, so i am limited in terms of hardware and prices are also high compared to U.S. or any other country.
