Plan Now or Wait?

I can't predict the future. Maybe the price of memory drops back to or below pre Hynix-fire levels. Maybe ssd prices drop by 30%. Maybe the EVGA psu rises in price by $30. Perhaps a new generation of Z97 motherboards appear or Intel surprises everyone with the early introduction of desktop Broadwell. Possibly someone introduces a new 240mm cooler that is cheaper and better than anything on the market.

I still think I am going to wait because I still don't have enough money to buy all the parts I was going to... so when I get around $1700 we'll see where the 800 series is at that point in time.
