Codec for Wmp 12?

I must update codecs (since i cant watch half videos in my pc) and i was wondering if there is codec pack for wmp 12,without installing any new program for all formats..

Just use media player classic

and the combined community codec pack

The CCCP may work for WMP12, but I've never tired it.

Or you can install klite codec pack, with windows media player classic

 

I personally preffer xbmc, but wmp its quite good too

I had bad experience with k lite codec pack,1 year ago i installed it and i got so many pop up things installed..

Just get VLC, it literally plays anything out of the box...

Likely you didn't download from the official website...you might have done softpedia or something.
