Has anyone used Amazon trade in for tech? What was your experience? I am reading a lot of bad reviews, but I find it hard to believe that an awesome company like Amazon has such a poor service. Is what I'm reading a vocal minority?

Has anyone used Amazon trade in for tech? What was your experience? I am reading a lot of bad reviews, but I find it hard to believe that an awesome company like Amazon has such a poor service. Is what I'm reading a vocal minority?

The problem with amazon is the quantity of business they do and the expectation of the customer without knowing the facts. I sent back a subwoofer and a receiver once and had no problems other than the time it took(i live in the Caribbean) In my experience with amazon's support has been good to great. One time i bought about 14 of these for me and different family members as it was on sale for $10 at the time and 5 of them had broken card readers and all i did was take pictures and showed it to them and they refunded the whole order and i was allowed to keep the merchandise. 

 

If you read the reviews of customers that have had "bad experiences" compared to the customers who had "good" experiences you would see that it is almost always in the minority.
