i play drag racing and csr racing to kill time. drag racing is on ios,android and windows phone, and it also has multiplayer, but if you want to significantly boost the amount of cash in game you have to option to pay with real money. you can still win the carrer without paying anything

Quadropus. It's actually pretty fun. There are in-game purchases but they are not necessary in the slightest. Doesn't need internet either.

If you really want to have fun i'd suggest getting the free app called MyBoy! GBA which is an emulator and then start playing some Pokemon games or whatever made you happy when you were younger.

 

Pokemon Emerald is really fun once you get into it.
