screen rotation gesture

This doesn't exist in stock Android, as far as I can tell, and I can't find any apps that do it.

 

How hard would it be to create a gesture that rotates the screen, without having to deal with autorotate? Would this require flashing new firmware to the phone or would this be possible without too much difficulty?

 

Something like doing a circle motion with two fingers to rotate the screen would be really nice.

Some ROMs have this feature called gesture anywhere, but I don't know if they have it to do in-depth stuff like that.
