Laptop Not Connecting to WiFi on startup

Like the title says my laptop wont connect to WiFi

This usually happens when I turn on the laptop in the morning or after a long period of inactivity

I can fix this problem when I right click and troubleshoot on the WiFi icon.

Anyone know how to fix it so that i don't have to troubleshoot it every time.

The Device name is:

  Intel® Centrino® Ultimate-N 6300 AGN

the problem is not the connection, its like the adapter is disabled for some reason. When I troubleshoot it I get a result saying problem with network adapter or access point and says fixed.
