So this is pretty messed up, the amount of time, effort and that would be spent by the IRS chasing up people who failed (Maybe they choose to not pay because they disagree with government policy and not paying tax to something that is killing thousands of innocent people every year shouldn't be supported, but there is the other half of the tax budget which doesn't go to murder, or defence as they so nicely put it, which does help the country.) to pay income tax wouldn't likely cost the 300,000,000 they would get it they got even 1% tax (my math is going to probably be wrong because it's 7am and I've not slept to learn, Microsoft is terrible at naming products and a gaming machine will be good at t.v and stuffs that I will never get to use because I don't live in the u.s.)
