They're literally NCIX. They share a warehouse with NICX and operate under them I'm pretty sure.

I haven't RMAd from them before, but I've ordered lots of things from them and can't say I've had any troubles at all with them.

My friend just rma'd a mobo with them. Idk how the experience was but they gave him a new one after testing it.
