How to update bios.

I have a Asrock b650m pro rs but I dont know how to update it, I put it on a usb drive but it said no image detected.

Did you format the drive as FAT32?

Given you're saying "it said no image detected", i'm going to assume you're trying to flash from within the BIOS itself and not use the flashback feature. 

 

When you downloaded the latest BIOS, you fully extracted the .ROM file and placed that directly on to this USB stick? Was the USB stick empty? To be safe, I'd freshly format it as FAT32. 

 

Then place the BIOS file itself, NOT the ZIP file, directly onto the flash drive. Try again.

 

If you still have no luck, you can use the Flashback method but there are MANY more very specific steps that need to be followed or it will fail.

Ok I found out how to update it, but rn the monitor is not getting the bios screen when I did f2, should I force restart it or should I just wait? I think its updated but idk.

spam Del at startup to get into the BIOS

This is the flashback method which the OP isn't trying to use, however I did provide a detailed video guide to use that method if it comes to it.
