Would be good to know more information, where are you from, if you need an OS, peripherals, etc.

 

I made a partlist here, on USD It's $60 over budget, but totally worth it IMO. If you are very tight with the money, you can use an older hard drive for now, or downgrade to a R9 270X or R9 270.

The i3 4150 will blast though games! You can replace the SSD for a 1TB HDD (or add a HDD later when you are out of space), but I really recommend getting it, it's not only 'faster boot times' but faster everything.

U.S and I am looking for even cheaper alternative using mostly Amazon, NCIX, and New egg. I didn't have a great experience with Mware, tiger direct, and outletpc because I order some ram, HDD, motherboard, and peripheral and some are broken or dead.
