My problem started when I installed a new CPU and Motherboard (4690k and Sabertooth z97 Mark 2). When I start up my computer, at first games will play fine. Gradually, though, games will start to crash/freeze more and more. When I start up Battlefield 4 right after a restart, it plays just fine for maybe a half hour until it crashes. But when I start it back up again, the crash is almost instant. The same goes with League of Legends and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The behavior with league of legends is a bit different though. Rather than just flat out crashing, it will freeze for nearly a second before unfreezing. This continues for around 10 minutes before the game flat out closes. The only error I've managed to screenshot is the one for Battlefield 4 if that helps. I have already tried repairing the games and reinstalling drivers and the computer has never crashed outside of games. Please guys, I don't know why this is happening but I'm almost sure I did something wrong when upgrading cpu/mobo. Thanks!

BF4 Error:

DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The device is hung which is typically caused
by issues in the grahpics driver or alternatively apllication"). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 ", Drive: 33788

Update 8/25/14 - One month later after believing my issue was solved, it comes up again with the same crashes and freezes. I again tested it in a few games including BF4, League of Legends, and NBA 2K14. Something new I've noticed in League is I'm seeing planes of grey in around models in the game. Again any help would be appreciated.

You could try to RMA the graphics card than.
