Temperature at idle should be less than 10 degrees C above ambient, and at load it should be less than 50-60 degrees C above ambient.

so about 20-30C just playing music and cleaning drives (deleting) is acceptable?

As long as your ambient temps are 10-20C

Temperature in your room and that's fine, it's load temps that matter, not idle.

ok, so my case has a fan controller with alot of temp gauges... all of them are at 23-30 and the room is about 50-60 so i should be fine... ill find out when i start pushing it... what is a dangerous temp for a i7-4790k?

Mate, I'm new to intel myself but I believe it's around 90 degrees celsius

The CPU will shut itself down when/if it reaches 100 degrees C.

I think your temp gauges are broken. They can't be cooler than room temp since they got air from room. There's nothing inside the case that would make air going in cooler than it is. Anyway, idle with H100i should be under 35C. Thats when room temp is at 22C.
