I'm trying to build a gaming PC, and right now this is what I have come up with.

What should I change to improve the build? Since I live in India, I don't have accesses to all the parts since I have to pay extra on import from amazon so if possible the replacement part should be available here.

Lastly I have noticed a discrepancy between pcpartpicker and the website I am using to get my parts. On the page for the graphics card it says that the power supply required is 600W but on pcpartpicker the whole build is only a total of 400. Maybe I put the wrong part in on pcpartpicker, but other than that I am confused. Here is the link to the part on flipkart (Where I am going to buy it from).

If you scroll down a bit it says the power required.

Thanks in advance,

Thanks in advance,

Look ok to me, but a few advice:

Dont get a 250GB SSD if you are on budget, get a 120GB instead. Games done benefit from running on SSD much, only the loading time is faster, and faster for about 5 secs (except BF4)

How about a FX 8320 ?

For ram, go with 2x4GB ram instead of 1x8GB stick like that

My rig: Intel Core i7 4790k | MSI Z97 PC Mate | GSKILL Ripjaws X 16GB 1866MHz | ADATA Premier SP550 480GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 3TB | Seagate Barracuda 2TB  | MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 | Thermaltake Versa N21 | Corsair CX550M Semi Modular PSU | AOC G2460PF 144Hz | Logitech G502 | GSKILL Ripjaws KM780  | GAMDIAS HEPHAESTUS V2  PCPartPicker | Old Build Log | New Build Log

What are the benefits of 2x4 over 1x8? Doesn't 1x8 leave me more room for upgradeability? Also switching to an 8320 seems like a good idea, I'll do that. What are your thoughts about the motherboard? I'm very unsure about it.

I'm not entirely sure about AMD's mobo, but any ASUS Mobo should be good quality so go with it.

As for the 2x4, it give you a better speed running dual channel instead of single channel, think of it as sort of multitasking. While yes 1x8 do give more room for upgrade, I dont think you will upgrade to 16GB anytime soon, and most Mobo now aday have 4 RAM slot anyway.
