For a kind of lower-end PC it's okay. I'd probably still build it on my own, try not to get reference-stuff. Maybe you can save some bucks like this aswell. If you can save some, spend it on a 2GB grapicscard, so you don't run out of V-RAM while playing. Otherwise, I really like the set-up, especially for the price/performance-ratio.

Current Rig:    AMD FX 8350 @ 4.3GHz | Xigmatek Dark Knight Night Hawk Edition | ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z | ASUS AMD Radeon HD7950 | 16GB Corsair Vengeance Red 1866MHz RAM

EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750 Watt PSU | 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM | 128GB Samsung 840 Pro SSD | ASUS DVD Writer | CM Storm Trooper Windowed Edition

Peripherals:    BeyerDynamic Custom One Pro | Func MS3 | Steelseries QcK | Corsair Vengeance K70 Cherry MX Brown (on release)

Flat out much better computer at the same price.

Essentially the same computer but still a bit better:

It is cheaper to build your own computer. Plus you get 3 free games with either build.

Is it actually still cheaper to build your own?

Whats the difference as long as you're getting standardized parts.

The more high-end the build, the more money you save by building--generally.

It is cheaper to build your own. The difference is that you get higher end parts at lower prices. The parts in premades like these are often sub-par and not well optimized. This one specifically isn't too unbalanced though--just expensive.
