Thats a pretty personal choice, but since you already have a 270x, I think the wait would be worth it. Your card is still very relevant. If you had no GPU, I would buy the 780ti, but since you have one I would wait for the 880. By then you could also have saved enough for a very nice monitor to go along with the card.

I currenlty have a r9 270x and i am thinking to upgrade it,Should i buy a Gtx 780ti or wait for the new 880 to come out?Thanks for your time

This will sounds silly, but wait for a month and get an EVGA 780 ti, that way if they release in november you can just use the Step-Up program. Or just get it now, that's what I did because I am an impatient person.

Personally I would go with a 780 and then SLI it later on but that's just me.
